Mojo #206 & RobVik #11

Hi Everyone, well its Saturday again....yippee...that means a few hours of stamping which is always fun!! Today I have made a card using this weeks Mojo design & a RobVik Challenge Colour Design. For the RobVik, Robyn & I had to use - watermelon - chocolate - coffee & cream and for Mojo you pick - round or square....me being me chose square as round is really out of my comfort zone. If I get a chance I think I will actually have a go at round and be daring...well daring for me....<grin>

C4C #101 & RobVik #14

Well I am on a roll today/tonight....I have been stamping/skyping with Robyn since lunch time and have made 3 cards!!! That  does not happen very often but the hubby is at work, the daughter has a friend sleeping over so she is occupied and the son is on the computer playing with his mates...like his mother!! heehee

So anyway, for this card, I have combined 2 challenges, Crazy 4 Challenges is having a bingo challenge where you pick 3 things off the 'bingo card' to use on your creation, I picked brads, flowers and 2 or more designer papers and the other challenge is one of our RobVik challenges where we were to use black, grey and lime green. Well, my green was not very lime but......oh well. I am really happy with it, hope you like it. Stamping hugs.

Mojo #197 / RobVik #8

Hi Fellow Bloggers, I hope you are having a great week/weekend. I am off to a cousins 21st this afternoon which will be an overnight event as it is being held at our families beach hut, so I thought I would get in and make this weeks mojo otherwise I won't get another chance and I have missed the last couple. I have incorporated the papers I bought for a RobVik Challenge so I am able to do two challenges at the same time. I hope you like it, until next time, happy stamping.

RobVik #8 & Mojo #195 / RobVik #9

Hi Stampers, well I haven't stamped for 2 weeks but I am back into it with my stamping buddy Robyn.

Robyn came over from West Aus recently, the reason I missed one week of stamping, the other was a long weekend so we (the family) went away to make the most of that. While Rob was here I gave her two lots of matching card & paper so we can do a RobVik challenge. As Robyn has posted her creation first and used the other colours I have posted #8 with this set, I will make #7 shortly.

I have made this card for a friend who has just got engaged...hopefully she won't see this post before she gets the card, if she does she will have to act surprised...wink wink. I hope she likes it and I hope you do too.
I'm back....and here is this weeks Mojo...I have combined it with RobVik #9....this was the set that Robyn gave me while she was here (we think alike, saving on postage). So I haven't got around to #7 yet, that one might have to wait until next week. I am really pleased with how this turned out, it evolved very nicely. Verve Sketch/RobVik #6

I'm sorry this isn't a very good picture....I will take another one later...but here is Verve Sketch-May-Wk 5 & this is also a RobVik Challenge to use black, green & grey card. I was able to use my new KaiserCraft stamps 'Chapter One' which I think will definately become a favourite.

Mojo Monday #191+ RobVik #5 & Mojo Monday #190 + RobVik #4

Hi Fellow Crafters, here is my Mojo Monday/RobVik for this week, I am not sure if I am completely happy with it....maybe I will think about it a bit and see if I should add a little something more.

Below is a pic of last weeks Mojo/RobVik that I didn't get a chance to finish in time to post on the site...this one I am happy with! Last week I was struggling with it but obviously after walking away and coming back a week later really helped as it finally all came together nicely.

Mojo Monday #189

 

Here is my first card for a while, I have missed the last couple of Mojo's but here is this weeks sketch Mojo #189 and I have combined it with the RobVik Challenge #3. Robyn sent me a pack with co-ordinating paper, card & ribbon for RobVik #3 & the Mojo just happened to suit it very nicely.

RobVik Challenge #2

 This is my card design for RobVik Challenge #2...Robyn had been shown these colours (orange, sand, blue & navy) by another stamping friend & once again they are out of our comfort zone, so we are all for having a go!! I am happy with how it turned out and as it turned out a bit 'boyish' I think my son will get this card for his upcoming birthday. We are lucky enough to have another long weekend again this week in Australia...so for all those aussies, I hope you have a great May Day weekend. Until next time..

RobVik Challenge #1

This is my card I have made for the inaugural RobVik Challenge...I was reading the CS&P magazine and they had a colour combo article and the colours were 'purple, sage & yellow'. This is not a combination I would have picked but it is always good to step outside the box every now and again. So I put it to Robyn that we have a mini 'challenge' using these colours. Robyn's card is on Mojo Monday thumbnail #70 as she combined Mojo #187 & RobVik #1 if you would like to check it out click on the Mojo Monday Blinkie.
