The Best Gift of All

The prompt from the DT from 52 (Christmas) Card Throwdown this week is 'Gift'...so thinking outside the square (so to speak) I scored the sides and a frame around this sentiment about the family being the best gift of all and added a bow to the top. Pop dotted a Christmas tree in the same colour as the contrasting mat and added some tiny bling to dress the tree up a bit...CAS which is what I like and another xmas card for my collection. Happy Hump Day!

Hi Fellow Crafters...well lucky me has 3 days off work so naturally, I'm in my craft room! I decided to add to my Christmas card collection today so off I went browsing the Christmas challenge blog sites where I came across the latest challenge from 52 Christmas Card Throwdown, they want a 12 days of Christmas theme and after much debate, I remembered I had this little bird die so 2 turtle doves it was and also over at Sparkles Christmas Challenge they want a card inspired by a Christmas Carol/Song. For my layout, I took up the challenge from Sunday Stamps who have a new sketch and this is my friends is the end result, what do you think?  Hi All, I have added to my Christmas Card collection today by using the latest Merry Monday sketch and the latest colour/theme challenge from 52 Christmas Card Thowdown which was 'Present's. I wasn't sure if this card was going to work out for a while there but I am happy with the end result.

Freshly Made Sketches #40 + Winter Wonderland - Christmas Teddy + 52CCT - Glitter

           
Hi All, Lucky me has stolen a bit of time to make another Christmas card. Again I have used the latest Freshly Made Sketch, I have also taken up the Winter Wonderland challenge to use a teddy and at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown the challenge is to add glitter (that's not a challenge for me). Well, I am not a 'teddy' person....this stamp was a free stamp out of a magazine and I only have one other teddy stamp which was not suitable for Christmas so I have adapted my teddy by adding a present to make him feel a bit more christmassy.  Thanks for stopping by, hope the rest of your weekend is great, until next time, happy stamping.

Hi All, I am back with my last card for the weekend, sadly I have to go and do a bit of housework as I don't have a fairy that will come in and do it for me. I have made another christmas card to add to my collection. For this one, I have used the latest Sweet Stop Sketch and the 52 Christmas Card Throwdown challenge to use a snowman. This card really evolved and turned out completely different to what I thought it was going to look like but I am very happy with it. Today is also the last day I get to stamp with my friend Robyn who is off on a 6 week holiday and then relocating to Perth after that. I will miss her heaps as she is a good friend & our skyping Saturdays are soooo much fun!! Have a great holiday Robyn & Steve talk to you soon. Thanks to all who stop by to look at my creations.
