Believe...

I created today's card by firstly swiping my embossing folder with DO Broken China then running it through my Cuttlebug. I then die cut my Christmas sentiment with white card and the base in a contrasting holographic plastic. Layered it all and added a sub sentiment and some clear sequins and tiny blue stars to finish if off.

I am adding my card to the following challenges:

True Spirit of Christmas

A monochromatic Christmas card for today. Swiped my background with Shimmer Stix - Rose Gold, stamped my sentiment with Worn Lipstick DO's then mounted on pink card and added some die cuts and swiped the edges for added interest.

I'm adding my card to the following challenges:

Merry Christmas with Brusho's

Another card...this one is for my Christmas stash...again I have made the background with my new Brusho's, I then embossed it with a Christmas embossing folder then used the latest sketch from the DT at Jingle Belles...I'm also adding it to the latest Winter Wonderland challenge which is Anything Goes.

Season's Greetings

I have started my Stamping Saturday off with a Christmas card...this Christmas tree is one of my faves. I have taken up the challenge from CASE-ing Christmas with the below photo to be used for inspiration and Jingle Belles don't want you to use any designer paper. I made my background with distress inks and then stenciled it with a contrasting DI, stamped the tree and greeting and added a bit of bling...Thanks for popping in,

Merry Christmas to you....

Well I can't believe I am posting another Christmas card but while it's feeling good I'll keep doing it. It's nice to be stamping in the nice cool (air con is on) & quiet of my craft room after the excitement we had this week. Monday was a public holiday to celebrate Australia Day which we did with a Sausage Sizzle & backyard cricket with family and friends, Tuesday I had to fly to Brisbane for the day for a work meeting (always a long day having to catch the first flight out and the second last flight home) then we were threatened by Cyclone Dylan on Thursday! Lucky for all in this region it wasn't too bad and we were able to take it in our stride. We got some rain but not enough but hopefully the rain depression that it has become will give some relief to the graziers out west who need the rain even more than we do. So as you can tell, I have had a very eventfull week so to be 'chilling' in my room is a nice way to spend my Saturday after the excitement of this week. Anyhoo...onto my card...for design I have used the latest CAS(E) this Sketch layout and over at Jingle Belles it's 'TEXT ME'. I was able to use DP from a new pack I picked up recently and also use one of the stamps I haven't had a chance to use yet out of a new Christmas set.
I hope you are all well and having a great start to your weekend...until next time, happy stamping.
