I've snuck out to my craft room today even though I should really be doing some housework....oh well, the fairies aren't going to do it so it will be there tomorrow. Today's card is another Christmas card, nice and CAS, my favourite. I die cut a circle then sponged it with distress ink. It ended up reminding me of a moon so I stamped some random splotches over it to give it the look of the craters on the moon. I then stamped a favourite Christmas tree stamp and a tiny sentiment so the tree and the moon were the hero of the card. Then using my circle mask, I sprayed some spray adhesive on my moon and sprinkled glitter over my 'moon' and added some bling to the tree to finish it off. There are a few challenges that I am entering my card into...
One Layer Simplicity want 'sparkle & shine',
Happy Little Stampers have a Christmas challenge where they want a TREE and then their other challenge wants STAMPING. Over at
AAA Cards they have the cue Starry Night, my sparkles are my stars glittering against the moon and last but not least,
Winter Wonderland want all that glitters.
Thanks for popping by...
