Mojo #203

Hello Blogger friends, I hope your week has been good and that you have a great weekend organised. Mine is off to a great start as I have been able to get an early start on my stamping afternoon by being able to sit down this morning due to a bye with sport this week. During the week I picked up this decorative trim and I couldn't wait to sit down and use it. Lucky for me, this weeks Mojo was perfect for it. I hope you like it, until next time....happy stamping.

Hello fellow bloggers, I am very happy today as I didn't think I would get a chance to do any stamping this weekend but was lucky enough to grab a few hours today. I have been able to combine two challenges into one card this week....Mojo #202 & Our Creative Corners - red & aqua challenge and this is the result.  Hello Stamping Friends, I was lucky enough to get a couple of hours to stamp today, Saturday is usually my stamping day and Sunday is housework day....hhhmmm....I am sure you know which is my favourite day. Anyway, like I said, I stole a couple of hours to make this card. Robyn told me about the challange on 'Our Creative Corner' to use all the B's....black, bows, buttons & bling and on Crazy 4 Challenges they are making Joy Fold Cards, so I have combined both challenges and made this card. Mojo #200

Congratulations Mojo Monday on your 200th sketch!!! These are the cards I made to help celebrate this awesome milestone. You might be able to tell that I am really enjoying my new spellbinders & punch that I got at the Craft Show while it was in town last week as I have used one or the other or both on the last three cards I have made....just wish the money tree had had more fruit on it while the craft show was here. Anyway, thanks for stopping by...

another Mojo #199

 

Hello Friends...I have finally got around to finishing this second Mojo #199 and posting it. I made this one using some of my new 'toys' that I got at the craft show last week. Used on this card was the new Martha Stewart punch & new Spellbinder I was lucky enough to get. I even had a go at making my own paper flower...I need practice but I am happy with the end result. I made it for a little boys christening that we are going to on Sunday. I find it hard to make childrens cards but this weeks mojo really helped me make this one come together. Hello Blogger Friends, I hope your weekend is coming along nicely. I have had a productive Saturday, DH & I have cleaned down the front of the house as it desperately needed it and we have also gone for a drive to look at our 'new' city centre. The city council took out our Mall that has been there for 30+ years and have brought the traffic into it again. I must say they have done a great job but weather that will bring 'life' back into the city centre, I am not sure. But now the fun begins as I am able to sit down and do some stamping with my mate Robyn. We are both working on this weeks mojo and here are two cards I have finished using that design. Once again, I was able to use some left over paper for both of them which always makes me feel good.

Hello again...I have been able to get back to my desk again this weekend and have made a card using this weeks sketch from the Just Us Girls site. I was able to use up some more of the left overs from a previous challenge so am happy about that. Hope you like it....

Mojo #197 / RobVik #8

Hi Fellow Bloggers, I hope you are having a great week/weekend. I am off to a cousins 21st this afternoon which will be an overnight event as it is being held at our families beach hut, so I thought I would get in and make this weeks mojo otherwise I won't get another chance and I have missed the last couple. Construction Card - Centre Step Card

Hi All, I am having a great weekend this weekend because I am not only stamping with my bud Robyn but I also have my scrapbooking friend Estelle visiting for a 'sleepover' where we just stamp or scrap all weekend....how good is that????

This card I found in the SplitCoasters Tutorial section, it was made by Frances Byrne. I was asked by a friend if I would make a card for his elderly mother...so I wanted something a bit special and here it is. As I know she likes to keep the cards he gives her out to look at, I thought this was a perfect design. I am really pleased with how it turned out and I would like to thank Estelle for letting me use some of her new Spellbinders. Thanks for stopping by.

RobVik #8 & Mojo #195 / RobVik #9

Hi Stampers, well I haven't stamped for 2 weeks but I am back into it with my stamping buddy Robyn.

Robyn came over from West Aus recently, the reason I missed one week of stamping, the other was a long weekend so we (the family) went away to make the most of that. While Rob was here I gave her two lots of matching card & paper so we can do a RobVik challenge. As Robyn has posted her creation first and used the other colours I have posted #8 with this set, I will make #7 shortly.

I have made this card for a friend who has just got engaged...hopefully she won't see this post before she gets the card, if she does she will have to act surprised...wink wink. I hope she likes it and I hope you do too.
I'm back....and here is this weeks Mojo...I have combined it with RobVik #9....this was the set that Robyn gave me while she was here (we think alike, saving on postage). So I haven't got around to #7 yet, that one might have to wait until next week. I am really pleased with how this turned out, it evolved very nicely.
