Happy Birthday....Nostalgic Car

Hello Fellow Bloggers....I'm at my desk for a couple of hours of playing and the first card I was supposed to make was a 'Noel' card for our ABC challenge as we are up to N's but as you can see that's not what I made. I the latest colour combo from the DT at Fab Friday caught my eye and Sweet Stampin' have the theme 'Boys and their Toys' which got me thinking...so here is my Noel card....hehe....not! I'm sure you can guess what me next card will be...anyway, hope your week is off to a great start. Thanks for popping in...

Snowman

Today I have been surfing the Christmas challenges and I have to admit, Merry Monday pushed me out of my comfort zone to create a Christmas card with a funky hat...hmmm I struggled but in the end I got there. I also used the latest sketch from Fab Friday, the latest colour combo from Cards in Envy and I'm also playing along with Tuesday ThrowdownAAA Cards (who I have never played with before) they both want stenciling. I hope you have time to play along too and as always thanks for stopping by.

Merry Christmas Wreath

Another card and another wreath. Again I have made a wreath using a curved branch stamp....it's amazing how you can look at a stamp differently when surfing the talented bloggers sites. Festive Friday have used a photo inspiration of a wreath for their latest challenge and I have chosen to go a little different with my colours and taken up the challenge from Fab Friday. Once again, thanks for stopping by....

Happy Birthday...love U

I've made this card with my little niece in mind and I soooo prepared it's not funny because her birthday isn't until December!! hehe... I have used the latest sketch from Fab Friday for this card...it felt like a fun sketch that would suit a child and Lilly is the only 'child' I have on my birthday list. Thanks for stopping by...

Friends

I finished this card a couple of days ago but haven't had time to post it but have finally found a bit so I can do it. For this card I used the latest sketch over on Fab Friday...once again, I used my distress inks to make the background and some new stamps from Crafty Individuals. Well, sadly I am back at work tomorrow so I won't be posting cards quite as regularly as I have been...oh well I have to go back to work to earn some money to buy more stamps (well that's what I tell myself, don't think my hubby would agree..lol). Anyway have a good Sunday and thanks for stopping by.

Fab Friday #07

Hi Stamping Friends, I am back with my second card (which was actually my first card for the day). This sketch is the latest one over on Fab Friday. I have to admit that I absolutely looooved Silke's card and have used her design for my card. Silke's cards are always stunning and I just love the simplicity of them too.
Well, that's it for me today, my beautiful daughter has started cooking dinner for us so I should go in and help and then after dinner we are putting our Christmas tree and decorations up. I ended up having an eventful afternoon because as I was skyping with my good friend Robyn as we made our cards, my finnish penpal got online so I was able to have a chat with her too which we haven't done for a while...it was a good end to my day, even if it went quickly. I hope your Saturday is going well and until next time...happy stamping.
