Merry Christmas

I needed to make a 'male' Christmas card so I have used a piece of card that I had previously washed with some ink, embossed it and layered it on DP. I die cut my reindeer head, stamped my sentiment and pop dotted both.

Floral Stripes

It's been a while since I have played in my craft room. For today's card I used a new stencil, a new stamp set and my new copics. Happy!! :)
Created my background with DO's then stamped my images and coloured then coloured and fussy cut them. Stamped my 'happy' and pop dotted my birthday. I really like a blue and yellow colour combo as it is always nice and fresh.

Let's Celebrate

Today's card is for our a nephew. I had this sunburst laying on my desk and have struggled to use it. After buying a new birthday die at the craft show last week I was hoping I could use it and make my card work with the sunburst. I must admit, I'm quite happy with the end result.

Someone Special

It's been a while since I have stamped images with my coloured inks but Jackie Aitken's card caught my eye on Pinterest so I have cased it. I've stamped and fussy cut my images, drawn on dotted lines for interest and then dry embossed the base card. I've then layered my cards and finished it off with a sentiment.

Challenge #31 - Monochrome

LOVE

I have created today's card for my cousin who is marrying his love next month. I started off with a background that I made with watered down DI's. Before it dried I laid one of my stencils onto it to give it a soft background pattern. I have then die cut a couple of fancy ovals out of gold card, stamped my swans and embossed with gold glitter EP and then stamped again with clear EP and fussy cut them. I did the same for my 'love' sentiment and added a couple of the little stars that were cut out of one of the die cuts.
