Framed Flowers

I really like poppy flowers so I can see this new stamp set becoming a favourite. I mixed it up and coloured them different colours and then framed them for some added interest. I seem to have a thing for frames lately....? Added my sentiment and some sequins to finish it off.

Wonderful Birthday

My first time playing with Copics...swiped the background with Shimmer Stix Dauber 'Rose Gold' to create my stripes then stamped my sentiment and flowers that I embossed with white embossing powder. Coloured with my copics and added some small dots with a Tomboy pen in the gaps then pop dotted the rest of my sentiment.

Round Floral Birthday

It's been a while since I have made a card and as I'm actually not a fan of shaped cards, this has really made me step outside my comfort zone. It's also been a while since I have used DP on my cards so it's a big day for firsts...lol...and I'm actually really happy with how it has turned out. Especially for You

This is my first card for about 6 weeks, I've really lost my mojo of late but I just loved Karen D's card (see here) so much so, I cased it. I taped off the edges of my main layer and sponged the background lightly with DI's 'Broken China' then stamped my image with the same DI, restamping it a couple of times to make it stand out, then I finished it off with a new sentiment. Mr & Mrs

The third card on my list of cards to make today...this one is for my cousin and her soon to be husband. I have part embossed my card then popdotted some flowers randomly of the embossing. I also scored the edge of the embossing just to neaten the edge and finished if off with some blue pearls (the colour of her bridesmaid) and put a small sentiment in the bottom corner.
