Have a lovely day

I seem to be in the pink zone of late and here is another pink card. I lightly sponged my tiny hearts stencil to create a soft background. I then die cut my panel with a stitched die and then inked the edges with the same DO Kitsch Flaming ink that I used for the stencil.  I then die cut my scribble heart three times and adhered them together. I worked out my placement and added my sentiment and scribble heart and a few tiny pearls for added interest.

I am adding my card to the following challenges...

Watercolour Birthday

For todays card I have used some watercolour card that I created with DO's a few weeks ago. I die cut my 'birthday' sentiment and stamped my 'happy' added a flower and some little butterflies to finish it off.

Happy Birthday

Another card for my wet Tuesday, again I have used a master board that has been sitting on my desk for a while, so that determined my colours. I picked out the browns for my text as I have a young male birthday coming up soon so wanted it to be male orientated. I'm entering my card into the latest challenge of Sunday Stamps and Stamp Ink Paper who want anything but Christmas. Well, that's it for me today....thanks for stopping by.

Fly away with Me...

Hello All, well I'm not normally here through the week as I work full time but after a major announcement by the company I work for on Monday, I am now unemployed! They have had a restructure of territories and my position is going to be serviced from the state capital city and as I don't want to move with the position they have made me redundant. Now most people would be upset by this but I'm actually not due to major changes made in February, since then work has not been 'fun' at all so I was actually looking for another job anyway, so this is a nice going away present.
<big smiles>
I will also be having a rather large holiday as we have already booked a holiday to Europe in August so I'm not going to actively look for a job until after then...the upside of that is I get to play in my craft room a lot more than I have been able to since it was built!! woohoo!! happy dance!!
Now, back to why we are really here...today's card is nothing like I thought I would make. I actually started out to make a feminine card and ended up creating a male/kids card...how does that happen!!?? lol
Anyhoo, I have used the latest layout from showCASe your style and I have used the latest colour combo over at Sunday Stamps and I'm also entering it over at CASology who's cue card is Kids,  make sure you pop on over and check them out. Thanks for stopping by...

2 Turtle Doves

Hi Fellow Crafters...well lucky me has 3 days off work so naturally, I'm in my craft room! I decided to add to my Christmas card collection today so off I went browsing the Christmas challenge blog sites where I came across the latest challenge from 52 Christmas Card Throwdown, they want a 12 days of Christmas theme and after much debate, I remembered I had this little bird die so 2 turtle doves it was and also over at Sparkles Christmas Challenge they want a card inspired by a Christmas Carol/Song. For my layout, I took up the challenge from Sunday Stamps who have a new sketch and this is my friends is the end result, what do you think? Well I'm off to find another challenge, thanks for stopping by....
