Merry Christmas...

Another Christmas card to add to my growing collection....I've used the latest layout from CAS(E) this Sketch and the colour combo from Colour Me...!  A very nice CAS Christmas card....my favourite type.

  

Purple Monochrome

My last card for the day and a very productive day it has been. It has been ages since I have used my embossing powders and this is the second time in two weeks. I really like the effect of white embossed images with the background coloured with DI's has and it was great to use this stamp. It's one of those stamps that you struggle with...I have had several goes with using this stamp and have always given up on it but this time is not too bad...The softness of the DI against the white looks quite nice. I've chosen purple today because Colour Me! want a monochrome card using purple....pop on over and check it out. Happy Birthday floral banner....

 Hi Fellow Stampers, it is a bit of a dreary day here with no real rain just annoying drizzle which makes it hard to get your washing dry. Anyway onto better things...here is my first card for my stamping Saturday, as I've said before I love the CAS(E) this Sketch challenges and they are my first stop each Saturday. For today's card, I've used a new Spellbinder die that I bought this week while I was away for work. I am a travelling sales rep and one of my stops is at a small township called Babinda which has a really great craft shop. Scraptherapy is also an online store so if you get a chance check it out...sadly...I am that much of a regular that even if they are actually closed to the public, she will always let me in to shop as she knows I am just passing through which is what happened this week. I went in for one thing but of course came out with more than that...hehe....
So, this weeks card I've made using the latest CAS(E) this Sketch for my design and I've also used the latest colour combo from Colour Me! Hope your day is going well, I'll be back soon with another post, see you then.

This is my last card for the day...I have to go and start getting organised for a good friends 50th. For this card I have used the latest sketch from Cardabilities, the latest colour combo from Colour Me and over at CASology they want Flowers. I actually made my background paper and the pink flowers I have used. I actually have to make some more of those little flowers as I've run out.
