Hi All, well I am enjoying a day stamping & skyping with my friend Robyn. This luxury usually happens on a Saturday but lucky me has a week off work. The first 4 days of my holiday was spent camping at Lake Elphinstone which is an awesome spot to sit and let the world go by.
Last week Robyn sent me a link to a Zentangle challenge blog 'I am the diva' so I have had my second attempt at Zentangling...the challenge this week was to do a Blind String....draw your frame and then close your eyes and draw your string and this is what I ended up with.
Then you just start Zentangling.....and here is my end result. I couldn't resist adding a bit of colour and my favourite with Black & White is Red so that's what came naturally for me.
Thanks for popping in....
Weekly Challenge #187: "String Theory - Blind String"
Vikki this is fantastic....wow you do have a feel for doddling and this zentangle is great
ReplyDeleteIf that's only your second attempt, you're a very fast learner. You came up with a very nice composition and skillfully executed it. I'm also fond of black, white and red. Add a little grey and I'm all in.
ReplyDeleteYour card is very beautiful! Hope to see you here again.
ReplyDeletenice tangling - that touch of red is really nice.

I'm always impressed by people who can Zentangle.....it drove me nuts when I tried it. No patience, you see, lol!! I think the black and white is really improved by the splash of red. Very smart!

I can't seem to do this. My hand gets cramped from holding the pen too tight and it takes two days just to get it in working order again. I admire what you made, though. Happy WOYWW from # 5.
