I started this tag several weeks ago and have only now got the time to post it and I am going to scrap in by the skin of my teeth to enter it in the 'May' Tim Holtz 12 Tags of 2015.
I really enjoyed making this tag, not that there is any stamping on it which is a shame. I loved glueing the hessian on and was able to utilise some of the DP for words and images that I probably wouldn't have used on a card.
I even got the sewing machine out and did some actual stitching on it!! This is something I have always admired that other crafters had done but it was always too much trouble so I tended to do some 'faux' stitching instead. Now that I have done it once, I think I will be more inclined to do it again. Well, thanks for popping in, I'm off to make a card and I hope your weekend has been going well.

ReplyDeleteOoh Vikki, what a fabulous tag, love the stitching...I like to stitch on cards but getting the sewing machine out just for a card is usually too much effort..I end up piercing holes and hand-stitching, which ends us even more effort probably...lol! Hugs Carole Z X
